2. Relationship with Orbita Tech Solutions

Oxion Maldives operates as an authorised vendor, distributor, and service provider for Orbita Tech Solutions.
 All products, brand materials, trademarks, and intellectual property of Orbita remain the property of Orbita Tech Solutions.
 Oxion delivers, supports, and services Orbita’s technologies under formal vendor agreements.

3. Use of Website and Services

By using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Not misuse or exploit any content, products, or services.
  • Comply with all applicable Maldivian laws and international regulations.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the website or services.

  • Installation feasibility

  • Compliance with local regulations

  • Any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by Maldives authorities must be covered by the customer.

  • For delayed payments, Oxion may withhold services or apply administrative charges.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

6.1 Product Warranty

Warranties for hardware or software provided by Oxion are governed by Orbita Tech Solutions’ official warranty policies.

6.2 Service Warranty

Oxion guarantees professional service delivery but does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service,

  • error-free performance,

  • compatibility beyond official specifications.

6.3 Disclaimer

All services are provided “as-is” and “as available”.
 Oxion is not liable for:

  • data loss,

  • business interruption,

  • service downtime,

  • damages arising from misuse or unauthorised modifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and documentation available on this website or provided during service are:

  • owned by Oxion Maldives, Orbita Tech Solutions, or respective third parties;

  • protected by copyright, trademark, and international laws.

  • damages arising from third-party systems or Orbita’s technologies.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid directly to Oxion for the specific service or product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Oxion Maldives harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

  • your use or misuse of our services,

  • violation of these Terms,

  • breach of law or third-party rights.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Oxion Maldives may suspend or terminate your access to services if:

  • we suspect fraudulent or harmful activities,

  • legal or regulatory requirements demand it.

Upon termination:

  • your right to use our website/services stops immediately,

  • any outstanding payments become due,

  • data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
 Any dispute shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Maldives.
